The Zhenghe teas are slightly more oxidized than those from Funding and their leaves are a darker green. The liquor will develop a full and deep aroma. Some amateurs do not hesitate to let them age a few years, as aging gives them more deepness and sweetness.
Infusion.

Use 3 to 4 grams per portion. During summer the infusion temperature should be about 80°C. After a first infusion of 40 seconds, the next two should be of 15 to 20 seconds and the fourth one another 40 seconds. In winter, because of the room temperature, water can be heated at 85°C and the first infusion will then be of 30 to 40 seconds.
